Project-Based Work
Frummerin Digital provides custom website design and development services.
Each project is:
Scoped individually
Defined before work begins
Delivered based on agreed timelines and deliverables
All work is tailored to the specific needs of your business.
3. Process
Projects follow a structured approach:
Initial call and qualification
Deep dive and onboarding
Research and strategy
Wireframing and design
Development in Framer
Final handoff and guidance
This process is designed to ensure clarity, alignment, and a high-quality outcome.
4. Scope of Work
The scope of each project is agreed upon before work begins.
This may include:
Website design and development
UX and structure
CMS setup
Integrations (where specified)
Copy direction and guidance
Any work outside the agreed scope may require additional time and cost.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth project, you agree to:
Provide necessary materials (content, assets, access)
Give timely feedback and approvals
Communicate clearly and consistently
Be available when needed during key stages
Delays in communication or missing materials may affect timelines.
6. Revisions
Revisions are included within the agreed scope.
Feedback should be clear and consolidated
Major changes in direction may be treated as new scope
Additional revisions outside scope may be billed separately
The goal is to refine, not restart.
7. Timelines
Project timelines are estimated based on scope and responsiveness.
Timelines begin once:
Deposit is received
All required materials are provided
Delays in feedback or content may extend the timeline.
8. Payment Terms
Project Payments
50% deposit required to begin
Remaining balance due before final delivery
Work will not be delivered until full payment is received.
Late payments may result in delays or paused work.
9. Ownership & Rights
Once full payment is completed:
You receive full ownership of the final website and deliverables
Frummerin Digital retains the right to showcase the work in a portfolio
Any unused or rejected concepts remain the property of Frummerin Digital.
10. Handoff & Ongoing Use
At project completion:
You will receive full access to your website
Detailed walkthrough videos will be provided
You are responsible for ongoing management unless otherwise agreed
11. Integrations & Third-Party Tools
Websites may rely on third-party tools (e.g. CMS, analytics, automation tools).
Frummerin Digital is not responsible for:
Changes in third-party services
Downtime or external system failures
Ongoing costs associated with those tools
12. Termination
Either party may end the project under the following conditions:
By the Client
Work completed up to that point must be paid for
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun
By Frummerin Digital
In cases of non-payment, lack of communication, or misalignment
Any completed work will be delivered based on payment status.
13. Liability
Frummerin Digital is not liable for:
Business outcomes (e.g. revenue, leads, conversions)
Indirect or consequential losses
Issues arising from third-party services
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.
14. Confidentiality
All client information is treated as confidential.
Business details and materials are not shared
Work is only displayed publicly unless otherwise agreed
15. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically.
Continued use of services implies acceptance of the current version.
